This role will support the Vice President, RMS International Strategy & Business Development, and the BD Leadership Team in special projects, provide high level operational support and to be the tradeshow lead for RMS S&BD.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Vice President, RMS International Strategy and Business Development, in ad-hoc team operations; guide operational rigor, facilitation of staff activities, event coordination, customer engagements and team communications.
- In partnership with the leadership team, prioritize and facilitate completion of key action items and activities across the Business Development team.
- Participate as a member of the staff in strategic planning, business operations and problem resolution discussions.
- Partnering with Communications as the S&BD LOB lead to drive support all Tier 1 and 2 tradeshow activity. This person will serve as the primary coordinator and advocate for this work.
- Leads special projects in digital transformation, strategy, and other initiatives related to the office of the VP.

Basic Qualifications:
- Possess excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, project management, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and still maintain exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams and influence at all levels.
- Experience within RMS S&BD and/or related experience.
- Experience coordinating large scale events/meetings.
- Possess a valid passport, ability to obtain a secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in business or related field or equivalent experience/combined education (a master’s degree is a plus).

- Aspiration to learn and advance in Business Development.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
- Knowledge of RMS and S&BD’s organizational structure and demonstrated ability to build strong relationships.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $98,800 - $186,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $85,900 - $164,600 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
