Position Summary

This position oversees the management of the non-European, international markets of the company including international development, customer relations, and other marketing duties.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work safely. Adhere to all company and regulatory EH&S policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all Company 6-S initiatives and policies.
  • Manage international sales representatives/distributors.
  • Develop new accounts and markets for CM products.
  • Maintain and control inventory levels for finished goods as directed.
  • Assistance with AR collections.
  • Acts as primary liaison between customer and all departments at CM.
  • Meet sales objectives directed by Director of Sales and Marketing.
  • Attend trade shows and seminars as necessary.
  • Provide regular sales forecast for assigned account base.
  • Keep individuals in our company abreast of the marketplace through call reports.
  • Maintain/control inventory levels for finished goods as directed by management.
  • Manage and direct sales activity for all assigned accounts not managed under indirect sales channels.
  • Travel Internationally 3-5 times annually.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience

Four-year degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field of study, and a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in marketing or sales.

Sales of primary alloys preferred.
