Job Summary:

This position is accountable for the development, implementation, training, auditing, and continuous improvement of PHI Health Supply Chains processes and interactions with our Base Operations teams, warehouses, and purchasing functions. This position requires a cross-functional, collaborative leader who has excelled in times of change. Additionally, this position must have experience in mining data, analyzing data, and developing data into a presentable format that will allow for quick decision making. This position is responsible for asset management, ensuring PHI Healths inventory is protected from a risk perspective and physically secured. This position will have extensive travel requirements while maintaining constant and consistent communication with direct and indirect partners.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for Direct Supervision of material handlers and Supervisor in the assigned Regional Material Center (RMC).
  • Oversee facility maintenance and enhancements at assigned airport. Collaborate with maintenance, training, pilots, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth facility operations. Coordinate with contractors for necessary repairs or improvements.
  • Align with Senior Manager, Inventory and Asset Management on slow moving Inventory. Work with bases to get slow moving inventory consolidated at RMC for further action.
  • Provide support to Senior Manager, Inventory and Asset Management on special projects, ensuring successful execution and completion, which contributes to achieving positive financial results and improved service time for aircraft.
  • Lead buyers reviews of unserviceable inventory for optimal processing of scrap and repair in a timely manner.
  • Represent supply chain in maintenance lead meetings to provide guidance in supply chain and Ramco processes
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy and cycle counts
  • Responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements, the GMM, Standard operating procedures of the Material Department, Safety Guidelines established by the company and SOX404 as required.
  • Manage schedule to support all RMC operations with respect to material.
  • Prioritize workload and assignments as required to support the RMC and regional base inventories/cycle counts
  • Maintain to high standards of performance /demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement/ Ability to address complex issues/ Make decision in the best interest of the organization.
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy, transportation execution & cost, material dispatch reliability at the RMC, hazmat & safety compliance and overall performance of direct reports.
  • Perform training duties and conduct on-the-job seminars.

  • Provide reports on activities
  • Maintain shelf-life programs
  • Responsible for setting inventory levels base on parts usage across all warehouses to improve out of service time for aircraft.
  • Coordinate all new base start- ups & closures with respect to material as required.
  • Design, analyze, develop, and validate Inventory Cycle Accounting processes in calibration with Senior Manager, Inventory and Asset Management.
  • Design, analyze, develop, and validate Inventory Auditing processes and procedures in calibration with Senior Manager, Inventory and Asset Management.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain targets for Key Performance Indicators / Key Attributing Indicators for Inventory in calibration with Senior Manager, Inventory and Asset Management.
  • Design, analyze, develop, and validate training for all base locations on all Supply Chain processes in calibration with Senior Manager, Inventory and Asset Management.
  • Responsible to ensuring PHI Healths inventory is protected from a risk perspective and physically secured.
  • Other duties and special projects as required.
  • This job requires at least 25 travel to bases in the PHI system.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • Bachelors degree preferred. Applicants with 8 years plus an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Haz-mat Qualified or ability to become qualified within 120 days employment
  • Must possess advanced computer skills
  • Strong conflict management, problem-solving and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Caring & Service, consistently treats others with respect; holds team accountable to high service standards; appropriately involves others in decisions impacting them
  • Must have experience in RAMCO, or similar MRO planning system(s)
  • This position is designated Safety Sensitive for purposes of the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act.
