Job Description

  • Manage all customer matters including Spares, Component Repair & Overhaul, Smart contracts, warranty and others related to Material Support & Logistics including customer visits and presentation of KPI performance data and backorders.
  • Manage customer visits and presentation of KPI performance data and backorders.
  • Implement proactive measures keeping customers informed of alternative measures/options in accordance with AH customer services initiatives.
  • Manage after office hour customer AOG requirements.
  • Carry out the various tasks within the Airbus Helicopters headquarters, Customer Logistics Satisfaction Monitoring initiatives.
  • Achievement of related Key Performance Indicators as defined by Airbus Helicopter.
  • Monitor progress and implement strategies, including collection of related data from customers to assist the Material Support teams to achieve objectives.
  • Support the Sales manager and Customer Support Manager when defining S&S offers and participate in S&S negotiation subjects.
  • Contribute towards customer debtors follow up for payments.
  • Comply with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) legislation and Company HSE Management System.
  • Promote safe work practices within the Department.
  • Acknowledge, understand and comply with the code of conduct.
  • Comply with all Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Comply with and work in accordance with the Company’s Quality Management System.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in customer relations or equivalent.
  • Fluent English and Chinese to work.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in same position or equivalent positions.
  • Business Administration &43; specialization in material management and customer support management or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to deal with various departments and various different levels of customers.
  • Strong time management skills, be able to work independently.
