LEAN Analyst

As a LEAN Analyst you will actively promote a culture of Continuous Improvement while employing LEAN & Continuous Improvement tools to observe and analyze activity operations, define improvements, and implement associated projects to reduce waste and optimize processes. You will also work with the LEAN Engineer(s) to provide supporting data and analysis to succeed in the implementation of LEAN projects.

• Associate’s Degree in Aviation Engineering, Business or related field or 4 years of relevant work experience to substitute for the degree requirement.
• Three (3) years in a manufacturing environment and/or aircraft/components completions and/or aircraft maintenance.
• 1 year of prior LEAN and Continuous Improvement experience.
• Proven success in participating in multiple projects involving internal and external resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and other DFJ production tools.
• Good analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with all levels of personnel.
