Position Summary
The Lead Cabin Attendant serves as the first point of contact for scheduling, administrative, training, and operational support for the cabin attendants. This position ensures that our standards, systems and procedures are consistent by facilitating with training activities, providing line checks, and flying as an active cabin attendant. In collaboration with the Inflight Service Management, the Lead Cabin Attendant models and encourages a culture of support where community, service, and safety are of the upmost importance.
Compensation: $90,444.72 – $120,943.52
Shift: Monday-Friday, business hours role, with some on-call responsibilities after hours and holidays as well
Duties and Responsibilities Training and Standards
- Deliver company and departmental communication to cabin attendants, ensuring the information is understood and acknowledged.
- Supports training of cabin attendants to include line checks, service, safety, and general training
- Support initiatives that attract, retain, and develop cabin attendants.
- Aids in recruiting and onboarding new cabin attendants
- Act as a mentor to members of the department.
- Assist with developing avenues that foster learning, community, and service excellence for cabin attendants.
- Provide regular reporting on safety and service performance.
Administrative and Operational Duties
- Point person for trip logistics, management, and support for the cabin attendants.
- Maintains the flight schedule and compiles monthly on-demand flight reports
- Assists with content for Homebase and Viva Engage Intranet Page
- Assists in internal and external safety audits by monitoring and updating cabin attendant records.
- Assist with cabin inventory and aircraft audits.
- Assist with internal events, meetings, and projects
- Provide on-call scheduling support when assigned to stand-by duty during non-business hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Responsible for updating client profiles ensuring information is current and relevant.
- Support remote FBOs by instilling Inflight Systems, organizing storage for new and existing aircraft, and implementing Inflight standardization.
- Review and uphold policies and procedures
Cabin Attendant Duties
- Provides Cabin Service on various aircrafts to accommodate the Clay Lacy flight schedule
- Provide an exceptional level of personal services to ensure the safety and comfort of aircraft passengers.
- Facilitate and organize Inflight needs such as sourcing and preparing the aircraft with amenities, catering, and special requests. Ensure amenities are fresh; aircraft is clean, organized, and ready for departure or showing.
- Direct and assist passengers in an emergency.
- Provide and submit trip documents such as expenses and surveys at an appropriate time

Essential Job Functions
- Ability to operate designated technology devices and programs.
- Ability to work in the designated office and its environment as well as indoor and outdoor environments within airports including airside facilities, landside facilities, and terminal buildings.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders in a variety of small and large group settings.
- Ability to work extended hours and in a flex schedule to meet the demands of the position.
- Able to comply with any and all safety requirements necessary to perform the job safely.
- Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide.
- Must be able to kneel in luggage compartment, load trip aircraft supplies, and luggage, as well as maneuver in tight confinements within the aircraft.
- Must be able to lift supplies from floor level to waist high repeatedly.
- Must be able to prioritize and multitask in a distracting environment.
Travel Expectations
- Travel will occur with prolonged overnight stays in national and international locations.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, minimum three years experience working as a corporate cabin attendant with domestic and international travel.
Eligibility Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a valid California Drivers License along with a reliable vehicle. Restricted licenses are NOT acceptable for employment at Clay Lacy.
- Valid Passport
- Emergency Training – certificate from approved training facility completed within the past 12 months
- Valid CPR/First Aid Training Certificate
- Valid Food Handler Certification
- Pass pre-employment drug testing and background check
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
