TRAVEL REQUIRED: Occasional travel within UK and international
LOCATION: Filton (Typically 3 days a week in the office, 2 days remote)

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Spread the adoption of a Lean or Agile mindset across the business, specifically in the UK
Help to identify and formulate options for Lean/Agile transformation, using System Engineering and System thinking methods
Lead on projects and act as a scrum master or RTE to implement change
Mentor and coach managers and teams to improve their skills in Lean and Agile
Ensure that ways of working are consistent across Airbus and promote alignment between different approaches beyond Agile and Lean
Introduce other disciplines such as UX , Data Analytics and System Engineering
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience working in an agile environment
Operational experience in Agile ways of working
Strong training, coaching, mentoring, facilitation and communication skills
