Job Description:

Purpose of Position
The Learning and Development Manager works closely with all levels of the organization to deliver the immediate and long term strategies that will develop behavior based training that supports our leadership continuity and career progression for our Managers - HOW we do it is as important as what we do.This position is responsible for incorporating key principles of adult education and blended learning approaches to provide our Leaders and employees the "sticky" training & Instructor led courses to shift and shape behaviors that impacts our business results.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture of curiosity, accountability and performance through innovative solutions by building and leading Role of the Manager & New Hire Training strategies that will upskill our Leaders and Mangers behaviors to deliver a seamless employee experience.
  • Lead Team ofROM/NHO Facilitators that will build behavior-based trainings as well as refresh and enhancement of existing training materials, in partnership with Subject Matter Experts, to update curriculum based on industry evolutions, business needs, and to ensure content shift mindsets and skill sets while providing application opportunities.
  • Deliver, Facilitate, Project Manage:
    Manage the successful delivery of projects and initiatives, balancing development work with time in the classroom.
    Partner with HR team members to scale content and delivery
    Contribute to the building of a performance based organizational culture by deploying learning programs that challenge and reward talent
  • Develop and empower Direct Reports and others by providing feedback and development discussions on current performance, career path and stretch assignments while leveraging our tools as designed.
