Summary

This position is responsible for managing, designing and deploying business solutions related to divisional Line of Business (LOB) while adhering to divisional standards and ensuring compliance with corporate and divisional policies.

Essential Functions

Contribute to the Division IT strategic plan, contribute to definition and enforcement of division standards for applications and systems. Ensure cross-fertilization and adoption of divisional and group solution.

Responsible for understanding needs and processes of business sites, consolidating overall business demand and providing prioritization based on business need and capacity constraints.

Responsible for assisting in integration of 3rd party software and divisional enterprise solutions as well as corporate applications.

Act as a liaison with the business stakeholders at each site, from shop floor managers through to General Managers. Develop consistent and effective communication channels with division, site and IT leadership.

Proactively identify opportunities to automate business and reporting processes; be a preferred partner in solving business problems with IT solutions.

Verify business readiness before implementation of modules and/or extensions to the product. Ensure appropriate documentation, testing and signoff is in place.

Manage site IT personnel and Business Analysts to provide support and understanding of business systems.

Provide direction to and motivate the team personnel. Maintain a high level of morale. Develop a customer care philosophy that ensures customer satisfaction.

Ensure project management and coordination of rollout for new business solutions align with corporate IT implementation policy.

Ensure follow up with business users reporting problems with the issue resolution(s) on a timely basis.

Follow the prescribed IT Policies and adhere to SOX compliance throughout all project activities.

Additional Responsibilities

Collaboration with PCC Security on program development.

Work with IT peers in development or purchase of all solutions.

Periodic travel to PCC offices around the world for meetings, training, etc.

Development of Metals IT strategies and roadmap.

Member of PCC Metals IT Leadership team.

Education and Experience

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technology management role, preferably in an enterprise infrastructure environment.

5 - 10 years of SME level SOX Compliance experience

Hands on experience administering and/or supporting IT applications or technologies

Bachelor&39;s degree in Computer Science, or related field required.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, manage projects

Self-motivated, able to work without a lot of direct supervision.

Strong proficiency in identifying and evaluating complex business processes and providing system solutions

Experience in managing multiple, concurrent projects and working with various levels of management.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $140,000 to $145,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 3X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company&39;s medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
