Tasks

The Station Managers main tasks are:

  • Build strong relationships with premium customers, recognizing top clients
  • Assign customer care ambassadors per station and shift to enhance service
  • Ensure staff embrace core values and offer personalized service
  • Support central product development and lead projects as needed
  • Monitor personnel standards, ensuring appearance and attitude align with expectations
  • Oversee operational performance, implement local procedures, and manage on-time targets
  • Drive safety, security, and quality standards, ensuring all training meets high standards
  • Conduct quality reviews, address provider shortcomings, and ensure KPIs are met
  • Manage station organization, including budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiations
  • Develop and document emergency response plans and maintain regulatory compliance
  • Lead, develop, and assess personnel, ensuring effective staffing and shift planning
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, stakeholders, and LHG management

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or 5-7 years of relevant experience in Ground Operations)
  • 3-5 years in ground operations with proven leadership experience
  • Strong English communication skills; German or Armenian skills are a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of the airline industry, including LHG operator specifics, airport procedures, and partner protocols
  • Proficiency in MS Office and airline-specific software
  • Analytical mindset with sound decision-making skills
  • Commitment to safety, security, and excellence in customer service
  • Creative problem-solving with a focus on process improvement
  • Strong collaboration, adaptability, and change management skills
  • Reliable, accountable, and deadline-driven
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on quality service
  • Valid driver’s license, flexibility for shift work and overtime, and willingness to travel
