Job Description:
Tasks
- Develop and establish new routes and destinations
- Closely aligning with all Commercial and Operational units to ensure profitability as well as operational feasibility
- Build close airport relationships to accompany operational and commercial ambitions
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to cope with TRY/EUR parity challenging on our domestic network
- Be the leader to mitigate our seasonality challenge
- Monitor booking development and competitor landscape
- Project work and preparation of board/decision papers

Requirements
- Economics or similar University Degree
- Minimum 5-year experience with an airline, airport and/or tour operator in business/network development
- Cultural sensitivity
- Very good number sense, analytical thinking as well as quick-wittedness and the ability to understand complex issues
- Experience in leading a team
- Exceptional understanding and knowledge of the global airline industry with focus on Europe
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), but Excel in particular
- Very good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Very good English speaking and writing skills
- German language speaking skill favorable
