Northrop Grumman Space Systems is looking for a Manager, Programs 2 - Cooperative Development Coordinator to support the Glide Phase Interceptor Program within the Launch Vehicles business unit in Chandler, Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • System Engineering and Programmatic Coordination with international co-development partners
  • Coordinate regular technical interchanges with international partners and government customers
  • Preparation and execution of coordination group meetings between NG and international partner teams
  • Drive IPTs to ensure proper technical collaboration with international partner
  • Perform Technical Advisor role to ensure Export Compliance policies are followed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 9 years of related experience or a Master’s degree in a STEM discipline and 7 years of experience, or a PhD and 4 years of experience.
  • Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope
  • Experience with System Engineering, missile propulsion systems, and/or electro-mechanical actuator systems
  • Travel 25 of the time (domestic and international)
  • Fluent in Japanese language and culture

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree: Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical is preferred
Salary Range: $131,200 - $196,800
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current spanet conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
