What You Will Be Doing
As a Manufacturing Associate Manager you will be responsible for:
• Managing production build team supervisors
• Mentoring
• Training and leading First Line Leader supervisors
• Coordinating manpower resources and skill sets
• Assist with daily crew planning and task scheduling
• Performance assessment
• Recognition / disciplinary actions for subordinates and represented employees.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with Aircraft &/or Aerospace manufacturing productions methodologies in a professional environment.
• Experience in managing a team using tools, &/or systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality)
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel.
• Understanding of business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality).
• Greenbelt certified.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing systems including, PDM, MRP, SFM, and EWI.
• Previous development experience.
• Working knowledge of Crew Plans.
• Experience forecasting manpower.
• Excellent communication skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
