Good Morning,
I am currently on the hunt to find a new Manufacturing Manager for one of my Aerospace Clients in Fort Erie Ontario!
This is a very exciting opportunity to step into a new opportunity and help support a brand new project. This is a direct placement for a long term opportunity.
You will be in charge of:
-Develop departmental goals with the Plant manager.
-Responsible for the performance of the team
-KPI documentation
-Cost and Budget management
-Continuous improvement
- Run coaching and training sessions
- Provide feedback/ constructive and positive feedback to team members
-Review the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime
-Problem solving
-Manage Manufacturing cost/expenses, inventory, safety performance, 5S housekeeping, customer
feedbacks and overtime expenses.
-Work with various departments to improve process, performance and management efficiency to
achieve business goals.
- Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SPQDC).
- Manage employee morale and improve retention.

In order to be considered you must have the following must haves:
-Minimum 5-10 years of Experience in manufacturing supervision
-Strong understanding of Manufacturing environment
-Experience with metal forming / processing / composite manufacturing/ Assembly
-Detail Oriented-Mechanically inclined
-High school Degree
-College/University in a related discipline OR on the job experience
This is a onsite position that is a straight day shift!
