The OneLM Transformation (1LMX) program, the largest internal program ever undertaken by the company, will support this future through desired transformational business outcomes by re-engineering our business processes with a focus on commonality, interoperability, and a better stakeholder experience so our business runs like a well-oiled machine. We are also re-engineering the business by modernizing and integrating the core systems that run our business, giving us a stronger foundation for innovations.

This newly created key leadership position will lead a work team supporting a portfolio on the 1LMX program. Candidates will interact with multiple product teams and value streams within a given portfolio, providing work direction to a small team of Org Change Management leads. As part of the Org Change Management team, the candidate will support the people aspect of the capability deployment to the workforce. This includes analyzing data, managing metrics, crafting communications, sponsorship and reinforcement of the effort, a corresponding training plan and resistance mitigation strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct Change Management needs for Digital Transformation capabilities, including:
o Conduct Change Impact Assessments and Stakeholder Analysis
o Develop Change Management Plan for capability implementations
o Manage execution of Change Management Plan, including interaction with and development of super user/change agent network as feasible
o Reinforce change through ongoing Change Management planning/execution
• Facilitate meetings with subject matter experts and key stakeholders as part of the Change Management process
• Attend regular product team and/or Value Stream meetings and continually identify any Change Management implications, including business interdependencies and sequencing
• Collaborate and attend meetings with other change management practitioners and the 1LMX Business Area Change Agent Network
• Identify key metrics and track change adoption and effectiveness
• Develop strategies to recognize potential change risks/resistance and create mitigation plans
• Identify opportunities for end user engagement in Change Management planning and delivery
• Partner with Communications, Implementation, Business Process, and other key teams
Basic Qualifications:
Please possess all of the following to qualify for this role:

• 8 -10 + years of experience leading and supporting large & complex business transformation initiatives

• Full Spectrum Leadership capabilities with the ability to provide continuous performance feedback, coaching and investing in people

• Supporting and leading cross-functional, multi-discipline teams with a strong record of delivery

• Ability to influence, motivate and coach diverse teams in to enable work adaptation and bring change

• Proven ability to work under pressure

• Ability to cultivate a project plan to guide implementation, inclusive of new ways of working and change management, across multi-discipline teams/programs

• Demonstrated executive-level presence, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface and influence (without authority) directly with all levels of management

• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous and changing settings

• Holds a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Change Management, adult learning, multi-media communication, marketing or related major or equivalent experience/combined education

• Experience with ADDIE model or similar philosophy in the design, development and execution of learning for adults

• Experience with MS Office products

• Experience with Organizational Change Management principles and methods

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Prosci or similar Change Management certification desired but not required

• Experience working with Jira, Slack, Confluence, etc.

• Experience with SAP S/4 implementations, and SAP Enable Now training development software

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, and New York is $110,300 - $207,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $95,900 - $183,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
