In this role You will manage a small team of 2 people, supporting people reporting within the HR function. The team have developed a strong reputation for delivery and are well respected within the function and across the organisation.
What youll be doing
As the People Reporting Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure the accurate delivery of reports using our HR systems and datasets. This involves managing governance documents to instil trust in the data among colleagues and ensuring consistency in production. Collaborating with the People Insight team, youll help design dashboard solutions and oversee their construction and maintenance using Tableau, transitioning to Workday in the future.
Your focus will be on understanding easyJets business needs to translate them into effective reporting solutions. This entails daily engagement with the business to address requests, managing team capacity, prioritising projects, and liaising with external AMS providers for specialised Workday expertise. While familiarity with Workday is beneficial, its not mandatory. Additionally, youll contribute to refining the teams delivery approach to optimize the reporting experience for colleagues.
Accountabilities
As the People Reporting Manager, youll take charge of daily prioritisation calls, allocating requests from the business to team members and developing a prioritisation matrix for support. Youll cultivate and manage relationships across the business and People teams, leveraging insights to anticipate needs.
Building plans and roadmaps, youll support team members in delivering larger projects like gender pay gap analysis, while promoting self-service solutions by analysing incoming requests. Developing team members skills, youll manage the relationship with AMS (Cloudrock) for Workday-specific requests.
Additionally, youll oversee reporting calendars, governance documents, and the reporting catalogue in Workday, ensuring accessibility and compliance. Managing off-system data storage and governance, youll collaborate on designing Tableau dashboards and take ownership of their development, and engage in payroll processing transformation initiatives, designing operating models for reporting support.
