Within the Industrial Automation business, Honeywell Intelligrated is a leading North American-based provider of intelligent automated material handling solutions that drive fulfillment productivity for retailers, manufacturers, and logistics providers around the world. The Material Handling Equipment portfolio includes conveyance, sortation, palletizing, robotics, and associated software and services products and offerings.
Position Overview:
The Product Manager for storage & partnerships, is responsible for the management and go-to-market strategy for the Intelligrated Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) as well as supporting our launch strategy and ownership of solutions from strategic partnerships.

Ideal Candidate Experience:
- 6+ years in product management, project management, or related roles, with a focus on new product introduction.
- Strong technical background with experience in product development processes, manufacturing, and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality standards, and product lifecycle management (PLM) methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
New Product Introduction Strategy and Planning:
- Own the Intelligrated product roadmap for ASRS, prioritizing short and long term needs for growth
- Develop and execute the strategy for new product introductions, including defining product requirements, target markets, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct market research, customer needs analysis, and feasibility studies to assess the viability and potential of new product concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, operations) to create comprehensive NPI plans and timelines.
- Ensure compelling go-to-market strategies, with a close watch on orders say/do performance and identify corrective actions when products are not performing to expectations.
Project Management and Execution:
- Lead cross-functional teams throughout the NPI lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project milestones, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful product launches.
- Coordinate prototype development, testing, and validation processes to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Works with business leaders and Chief Strategy Officer to prioritize and drive strategic alignment
- Partners with Chief Technology Officers to evaluate disruptive technologies, promoting ideation and driving strategic and operational decision making
- Partner with Marketing Communications to develop and deliver all outbound and product marketing collateral. Training Materials, Customer Presentations, Press Releases, User Conferences and Trade Shows, Social Media and Sales Campaigns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for NPI initiatives within the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.
- Communicate project status updates, key milestones, and potential risks to senior management and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, and vendors to support NPI activities and enhance product development capabilities.
Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance:
- Thinks creatively about markets and adjacencies in which Honeywell plays and recommends attractive areas where it can invest in R&D and invest to acquire similar or adjacent products which will accelerate Honeywells growth
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Support growth day and breakthrough initiatives with data backed insights and deep vertical understanding
- Conduct post-launch reviews and analysis to evaluate product performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Implement feedback loops and continuous improvement processes to enhance product quality, reliability, and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and internal quality management systems throughout the NPI process.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 5 years of experience in product management or related role
- 3 years of experience in an industrial B2B business
- Prior knowledge or experience in logistics, warehouse automation, industrial safety and/or sensor technologies
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
