Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Ft.
Worth, TX is seeking a full-time Summer 2024
Intern Project Engineer. In this role, you will be
integrated into the GMLRS Program Management
team to collaborate with all disciplines of
engineering, global supply chain, quality
assurance, and production operations to ensure
successful program operations for GMLRS Transition to Production Activities.

The successful candidate will have a technical background, an agile mindset, and knowledge of data analytics.

Must be a US citizen.
Basic Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in bachelors degree program
in an engineering or scientific discipline
Must be US citizen
Desired Skills:
Has completed Sophmore level studies within their major and is registered as a Junior or Senior.
Decisive, results-driven, and comfortable
assessing and working with managed risk.
Strong background in performing data research
and data analytical tasks
Ability to present data to senior leadership in a
cohesive, concise, and articulate manner
Ability to work across organizational and
geographic boundaries and engage multiple
teams as one with common goals
Excellent written and verbal communication
skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members, customers, and senior leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with solid presentation skills and capable of briefing audiences large or small of varying technical knowledge.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
