Were seeking a visionary leader to shape our commercial strategies and secure our position as a leader in engine MRO services.

What are you going to do?

As our Commercialization Program Manager, youll collaborate closely with Group E&M Commercial Organization, Group Marketing & Communications, and engine business unit teams to develop and implement innovative commercial strategies. Your mission? To ensure Air France KLMs targeted market share as a LEAP CBSA holder, while transitioning to the new generation LEAP platforms. From defining commercial product portfolios to developing pricing strategies, youll drive our commercial success forward.
The objectives of this workstream include:

 

  • define and develop the commercial product portfolio, i.e. the commercial elements required to successfully secure 3rd party customer contracts (e.g. various contract forms, transportation, field services, financing, spare engine provisioning, etc.);
  • develop a costing model that comprehensively and accurately models shop visit and other costs, financial risks and the evolution of industrial maturity;
  • develop a customer/commercial opportunity segmentation;
  • develop a pricing strategy;
  • develop a market entry strategy;
  • align commercial ambitions to risk appetite, industrial capacity and capability growth, financial targets.


Additionally you will work on various projects, such as the extension of the AFKL Engine MRO footprint.

Where do you land?

Touch down in Amsterdam, where innovation and opportunity intersect. Based in the heart of the aviation hub, youll interact face-to-face with key stakeholders, including AFKL engine MRO organizations and Original Equipment Manufacturers. As part of our Group E&M organization, youll report to the Senior Vice President Group Engines Product, playing a pivotal role in our LEAP implementation program.
