Boeings Disruptive Computing & Network (DC&N) team is looking for a Project Management Specialist (Senior or Lead) to join the Production Integration team and help create world class, next generation disruptive systems and technologies.  The successful candidates will be part of a multidisciplinary program integration team and help lead efforts to enable optimized execution across DC&N’s portfolio of programs.

This role will be based out of El Segundo, CA or Huntington Beach, CA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports the director of program integration in program execution

  • Performs horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers.

  • Planning and deconfliction of program resources including facilities, test systems, production systems, and staffing

  • Performing strategic capacity analysis internally and supply base.

  • Integrates the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices.

  • Develops project execution flows and plans for programs.

  • Analyzing schedule data to optimize execution

  • Developing data driven performance measures and make them visible

  • Recommending and implementing tactical process improvements.

  • Implements customer and program communication and contact plans.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science Degree

  • 5+ years of experience within project management

  • Experience working with Microsoft suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 

  • Outstanding communication skills including the ability to communicate with a diverse audience

  • A current TS/SCI with Poly

Typical Education/Experience: 

Senior (level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years related work experience, 14 years related work experience, etc.).

Lead (Level 5): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years related work experience, 19 years related work experience, etc.)

Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range Senior: $115,000 to $156,000

Summary pay range Lead: $141,000 to $192,000
