The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves detailed project planning, resource allocation, and managing project teams. The Project Manager will act as a liaison between stakeholders and ensure that project goals align with the company’s objectives. 

This position may require occasional travel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • At least five years of related experience required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work independently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Working closely with the company’s Executive Team and other key stakeholders, assume responsibility for:

  • Project Planning:
    1. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    2. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
    3. Estimate and allocate resources effectively.
  • Project Execution:
    1. Lead and manage project teams, including assigning tasks and responsibilities.
    2. Monitor project progress and performance.
    3. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    1. Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide project updates.
    2. Facilitate meetings and discussions with project teams and stakeholders.
    3. Address and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Risk Management:
    1. Identify and mitigate project risks.
    2. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
  • Quality Assurance:
    1. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements.
    2. Conduct regular project evaluations and post-project reviews.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    1. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
    2. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.

Salary Range: 107,000.00 - 120,000.00
