PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Property Supervisor plans, organizes and monitors the storage, shipping and receiving of materials from suppliers and production shops to ensure smooth and consistent operations so materials are located and distributed to the appropriate departments in timely manner. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•    Adhere to Security and Safety policies
•    Utilize hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material to and from aircraft, trucks, or trains and within the storage facilities. 
•    Task in accordance with property, quality, and regulatory requirements
•    Various daily housekeeping tasks, responsible for maintaining work and storage areas in a neat and orderly fashion
•    Other various administrative duties as needed, assigned and/or required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
•    Coordinate with contractors to ensure GFP is received timely and labeled properly with the appropriate abbreviations.
•    Inspects material handling equipment for defects and notifies maintenance personnel of required repairs.
•    Interface with Project Leads on BOM’s ensuring inventory accuracies to ensure deliverable deadlines are met. 
•    Stock Hazmat cabinet with materials are delivered. Issue hazmat items as they are requisitioned.
•    Monthly inventory cycle counts as stipulated by contract requirements. 
•    Delivery order close outs and transfers.
•    Stock inbound material/assets when they are delivered. Pull items from ACC stocked area and locate safe and reasonable storage location or issue items to Production Department if needed. 
•    Load, unload, pull, pack, deliver, and stage inventory to and from production floor and order picking, and perform kitting operations for shipment to manufacturing locations as needed. 
•    Both manual and electronic records for shipping and receiving operations.
•    Collection drums and accumulation waste drums. Coordinate disposal with Safety Department or other acceptable disposal alternatives. 
•    Inbound, outbound, and stored government assets and Yulista owned assets through delivery order system. 
•    Tracking system for delivery order POP and make materials/assets are addressed before the end of POP or transfer the material per the SOW
•    Compliance of inventory functions from time of receipt until time of disposition/shipment. Ensure materials are stored properly to conserve space, can be found easily and are compliant with all safety policies and procedures.
•    Control and accuracy of material and records using both manual and electronic inventory control systems. 
•    Review and monitor current procedures. Recommend improvements in processes and procedures to increase efficiencies when improvement opportunities are identified. Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, order summaries, and other records to determine priorities, work assignments and the most efficient means of material handling.
•    Monitor work performance of property employees to ensure that orders are being filled in a timely manner and work is properly distributed among personnel. Monitor employee performance against set goals and expectations.
•    Work with the Property Managers to complete employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. 
•    Support Property Management in attending meetings, ensuring compliance and support from matrix organizations, and to provide customer support, and to stay informed of ongoing and upcoming projects and deliverable deadlines. 
•    Supervise property staff at designated facility. Provide guidance to employees regarding task to be completed, answer questions from employees, and address issues and concerns if they arise. Relies on Property Manager for final decision making.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for direct reports and supervisor responsibilities. Selection will be responsible and have authority to carry out assigned tasks.  This position will approve timecards, complete annual reviews, recommend corrective actions, and provide training for employees assigned.  This position will provide feedback in updating and implementing Processes and Procedures.

Job Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

•    Ability to enter data accurately into databases, follow processes, perform basic mathematical computations, and write routine reports and correspondence. 
•    Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to Yulista’s goals.
•    Ability to operate general office equipment such as fax, phone, scanner, printer, etc.
•    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
•    Ability to detect unobvious facts and issues, and exercise resourcefulness in resolving problems. 
•    Ability to multi-task and perform duties with minimal supervision. 
•    High degree of self-motivation, independent work skills, excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills, trustworthy, and effective communication skills. 
•    Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and consider decision impact across multiple areas.
•    Strong decision analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions. Effective communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate complex information to others as well as to present information in from of a group. 
•    Intermediate to Advanced computer skills, specifically using Microsoft Office Suite and Deltek CostPoint, with an ability to learn additional skills and software programs. 
•    Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow up. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

•    High School Diploma or Equivalent with at least 3+ years of   Material Control, Warehouse, Property, Manufacturing, or other related work experience preferred.
•    Ability to deal with physical demands to include warehouse environment, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting inventory items up to and at times exceeding 50 pounds with appropriate safety requirements. 
•    Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, ability to apply logic with good follow through, and leadership skills.
•    Experience working with TCMax, TMI Portal, CostPoint, PCARSS and Cognos preferred.
•    Previous experience operating a forklift preferred.
•    Previous supervisory experience preferred.
•    Working knowledge of ITAR, FAR, DFAR regulations preferred. 
•    Must be reliable and responsible with abilities to work independently and commitment to work weekends and any overtime as needed.  
•    Ability to pass a drug and background screening. 
•    Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
