Werelooking for an exceptional Resonant Fiber Optical Gyroscope (RFOG) portfoliomanager to join our Advanced Technology team. In this role, youll have theunique opportunity to lead a new paradigm-changing technology that will shapefuture products for the Aerospace industry. This is an exciting and distinctiveopportunity to operate on the frontier of inertial sensor development,championing technologies from cutting edge research through product launch.

KeyResponsibilities

-Lead the RFOG technology portfolio managing multiple external-funded R&D programs, responsible for all the technical and finance metrics
-Be the visionary leader of the RFOG technology, responsible for developing technology roadmaps aligned with internal and external customer needs
-Be the main interface with internal and external customers, understanding and addressing their priorities in a timely manner and maintaining good customer relationships
-Lead the team to identified business opportunities, develop new concepts, write proposals, and continue to grow the RFOG portfolio.
-Mature the RFOG technology to TRL 6, support COE and GBE for future production and product offering needs

YOU MUST HAVE

-BS. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, Optical Engineering, or equivalent
-10 years industry R&D experience
-Extensive program leadership experiences in program execution, customer interaction, and business development
-Experience in inertial sensor R&D, including MEMS, optical, or atomic sensors
