Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Pilot Rostering Supervisor to work on the Week 1 Team within the Pilot Rostering Team. This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years.The Pilot Rostering Supervisor will be required to lead and manage the Week 1 Pilot Rostering Team, ensuring accurate and timely creation, publication, and maintenance of pilot rosters in compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. A key focus will be on swap processing and monitoring, driving improvements and supporting automation initiatives, as well as identifying opportunities for Voluntary Time Off (VTO) and planning and advertising these to enhance roster efficiency and productivity.
