SAP GTS Project Manager (f/m)

Job Description:

We are looking for a SAP GTS Project Manager (m/f) for our Airbus Commercial business to join our Digital Department based in Toulouse, France.

As a SAP GTS Project Manager, you will be part of the IT Customs Team and more specifically of the IT Compliance Team.

The IT Customs team is at the heart of Airbus Finance Transformation journey and Airbus Digital Strategy.

Your role will be to manage customs operations by developing the products/ services and operating them to meet operational Service Level Agreements. You will be engaged in international Customs projects.

You will be involved in collaboration with multifunctional teams (Finance, IT, Logistics, Export Control).

This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.

Your Challenges:

• You will act as a close partner to customs business in transformation and improvement projects and you will support the IT department in solution definition and validation;

• You will contribute to evolve our strategy and design our processes/ solutions in a very close collaboration with our business stakeholders;

• You will enable new ways of working and collaboration with the business and design the data models and solutions that fit finance and internal customer needs;

• You will collaborate to our Customs harmonization strategy by leveraging our modern approaches to software development (agile, design thinking, security by design);

Your Boarding pass:

• You&39;re an IT expert, particularly with SAP GTS;

• You are experienced in developing new concepts and technical solutions for logistic processes inbound and outbound (SAP SD/MM);

• You hold a degree in information technology or a similar field or bring a comparable qualification combined with several years of work experience;

• You bring knowledge on Customs processes;

• Your effective communication and interpersonal skills enable you to rapidly establish credibility and trust among a broad range stakeholders within the company, also through virtual means of communication;

• You are fluent in English. French, German and/ or Spanish are a plus.

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
