The primary objective of Norwegian’s Security Department is to implement av maintain procedures to prevent situations where unlawful acts may have effect on the security of the company’s flight operations. This is done by communicating the legislative consequences of performing unlawful acts, establishing security measures with a deterring effect, and establishing procedures to enable detection and prevention of attempts of unlawful acts at the earliest possible stage.
In addition, the department will develop and maintain the airline’s Emergency Response Plan, conduct training and exercises.
The department is the airline’s primary contact towards all relevant Security authorities and Emergency Response partners.
In this role your daily tasks will be:
- Implementation of Aviation Security Policies and Regulations in the airline’s operations and at all destinations
- Security oversight, Training, and inspections
- Facilitation oversight, Training, and Inspections
- Emergency Response oversight and training
- Travel activity

- Experience from law enforcement (police)
This job will be for you if have:
- Bachelor in Business Administration
- At least 3 years in Aviation Security, Aviation Facilitation or Law Enforcement, Police
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Security (ICAO’s Annex 17)
- Facilitation (ICAO’s Annex 9)
- Current national Emergency Response regulations throughout the airline’s network
