Responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and execution of Virgin Atlantics new customer app and the development of a groundbreaking GenAI concierge platform. This will be the world of Virgin Atlantic in your pocket, bringing together all hero products, Flights, Holidays, and Flying Club into a single digital product. You will develop this vision with a wide group of senior collaborators and build the commercial and customer rationale for investment.
Define product roadmap and lead development of digital products. Manage cross-functional team to exceed customer expectations and deliver business value.
