As the Senior Manager Strategic Accounts Program, you will be responsible for building and executing the HCE enterprise and strategic accounts management program. You will ensure that our sellers are equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to effectively manage strategic accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise sales, preferably in the software industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic accounts management program to drive growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and other stakeholders to align strategic account initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Build and deploy a scalable strategic account plan framework, ensure key account managers understand the framework and are trained to build account plans
  • Build a management operating system (MOS) to review and monitor the accuracy and completeness of the strategic accounts plan framework, lead regular reviews and updates to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to sellers to ensure they understand the nuances of enterprise sales and are adequately trained to address them.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership to the Sales Analytics team to build dashboards that capture strategic account insights
  • Analyze data from strategic account dashboards to identify and measure trends, opportunities, competitive analysis and account plans effectiveness
  • Partner with other Honeywell divisions to ensure alignment of strategic account plans and actions
  • Conduct deep dive analysis with sales teams on issues affecting account performance and propose corrective actions
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations to illustrate key data insights at various levels of the organization

MUST HAVE

  • 8+ Years of relevant experience in commercial excellence or sales/sales support
  • SaaS experience
  • Enterprise and multi-product portfolio experience

  • Strong project management skillset; process driven mindset and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
