Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned spaneting strategist with deep expertise in creative advertising and public relations to lead high-impact initiatives that elevate brand visibility, deepen architect engagement, and drive specification influence. This senior-level role is ideal for a visionary leader who thrives on managing complex, multi-channel campaigns and agency partnerships, without direct people management responsibilities. You’ll be the driving force behind bold creative direction, integrated channel strategy, and thought leadership efforts that shape how our brand shows up in the spanet.
In this role, you will:
Creative & Strategic Leadership
Architect and execute integrated creative strategies that align with brand and business objectives.
Lead PR strategy across digital, print, and experiential platforms, ensuring innovation and brand consistency.
Partner with the Marketing Director to develop thought leadership programs and elevate the brand’s voice in the industry.
Channel Strategy & Oversight
Own the strategic direction and performance of key channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
Guide paid media and publication advertising efforts in collaboration with agency partners to maximize reach and engagement.
Shape creative direction for architect-focused campaigns and CEU program promotions.
Campaign Development & Execution
Lead the development of high-impact campaigns across email, social, web, and advertising platforms.
Ensure creative excellence and timely execution by managing cross-functional collaboration and agency workflows.
Maintain a high standard of brand storytelling and visual identity across all touchpoints.
You have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
7+ years of B2B spaneting experience.
Proven success in leading creative advertising and PR strategy across multiple channels.
Strong background in managing agencies and driving creative excellence.
Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and project leadership skills.
Working knowledge of Salesforce, Account Engagement (Pardot), HubSpot, WordPress and Power BI preferred.
