Acquisition Management provides daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior level executives. Acquisition Management provides detail oriented management of records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies. They may also be involved in various administrative tasks.
Acquisition Management should have strong computer, finance, and analytical skills. They will often work with or lead teams.

Serves as the Project Manager for the Program Management, Admin, BFM, and Cost Estimating teams. Responsible for delivering accurate deliverables and assisting the PM/Program Office with acquisition, financial management, production, and delivery. Assists team members with proper training in their duties, as well as pertinent program databases and systems, in order to support PMS377.

Job Requirements:
  • Secret Clearance required.
  • Minimum Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management discipline.
  • Preferred Degree: Master's degree in Engineering or Business Management discipline.
  • Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Minimum Years Experience: 15 years professional experience in the Program Management and/or Defense Acquisition field.
  • Preferred Years Experience: 15 years DoD/Navy in program management,  Government technical management, or Industry business management. 
  • Preferred Specialized Experience: DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); Naval Science and Technology (S&T) Strategies and  Future Naval Capabilities (FNC) programs; Foreign Military Sales.
