V2X is growing! We have an opportunity for a collaborative and skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO supporting the COBRA DANE program.

We are seeking candidates for Property Management Manager for V2Xs COBRA DANE program in accordance with FAR Clause 52.245-1, Performance Work Statement (PWS), V2X Property Management Plan, and the program Property Control Procedures. This individual will oversee our Customer Asset Management Program (CUAM), Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS), Inventory Control, Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T) strategies as well as other systems ensuring accuracy and compliance of material records. Our candidate will coordinate transfers and support to the Government customer in accordance with the PWS for property and materiel responsibility transfers. The ideal candidate must be able to maintain a professional transparent relationship with auditing agency ensuring timely submissions and responses to all requested actions. It is important to be able to provide guidance on government regulations pertaining to property accountability, as well as develop, recommend, and implement property administration policy. The ideal candidate must also provide training and mentoring to their team while effective and efficient managing Government Furnished Property and Company Acquired Property for the COBRA DANE Program.

The ideal candidate will also assist with the management of Government Furnished Property and Company Acquired Property to ensure equipment is tracked throughout its lifecycle. The candidate will draw upon their knowledge of government regulations pertaining to property accountability to help improve current processes and develop, recommend and implement property administration policy.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, pays great attention to the smallest of details, and embraces modern development processes and techniques that improve product quality and team productivity. Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related property management experience in logistics or hardware engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of personnel management experience leading a diverse team
  • Ability to provide management direction, training, and oversight to include oversight of day-to-day property control operations; including but not limited to custodial record management, administrative adjustment reports, cyclic inventory reporting, proper storage of property, sensitive items inventories, receiving, shipping and preparation of all supporting documentation
  • Ability to generate key organizational communications and ensure program compliance
  • Experience with Property Custodians to maintain 100 accountability of Government Property in accordance with applicable Government regulations
  • Experience with performing supervisory functions such as scheduling and prioritizing work assignments, support on-the-job training, conduct performance appraisals, takes disciplinary action, and provide personnel recommendations
  • Experience with management and maintenance of assets through periodic maintenance, administrative records and submit program status reports
  • Proficiency with Department of Defense asset management directives and forms
  • Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as they apply to asset management
  • Strong people skills with the ability to handle difficult situations/discussions with multi-discipline teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to include communications of technical concerns and communications protocols
  • Focus on supporting and instilling a culture of safety and quality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Outlook), computer, laptops, scanners, printers, faxes, other network and general office equipment
  • Ability to tolerate significant standing, walking, moving, sitting, climbing stairs, carrying, bending, reaching and handling
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain an Active DoD Secret Clearance
        • Applicant must be willing to travel multiple times per year, 1 to 2 weeks per trip providing assistance and ensuring program is managed in accordance with directives
        Desired Skills for Obsolescence Management:

        • Experience with requirements to maintain 100 accountability of all company property records through the Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) and knowledge of Air Force Supply System including Fedlog and the Defense Property Accounting System (DPAS)
        • Management of personnel to ensure all Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) are properly tracked, documented, and identified
        • Experience with compliance with Property Management Plan, program Property Control Procedures, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
        • Experience with Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)
        • Experience with maintaining an Item Unique Identification (IUID) registry for all assets procured or transferred that meets government requirements
        • Knowledge and experience researching industry and government standards, MILSPEC, and other component specifications
        • Understanding of indentured parts lists and Bills of Material (BOM)
        • Previous experience in the lifecycle of production, repair, spares, and upgrades of depot repair items.
        • Experience in proactively analyzing and resolving logistics problems relating to operational considerations, engineering drawings, and associated hardware in relation to repair activities.
        • Working knowledge of or familiarity with the Integrated Logistics Support elements
        • Experience with metrics creation, presentation, and action plans related to process improvement
        • Background in Air Force shipping processes
        • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or similar Enterprise Resource Planning software
        • Experience custodial record management, administrative adjustment reporting, cyclic inventory reporting, sensitive item inventory, receiving, shipping and preparation of all supporting documentation
        • Hands-on experience with property management tools, such as Gold, Maximo, etc.
        • Certified for Property Professional Administrator from the National Property Management Agency

        • Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience or High School diploma and 8 years' experience.
        • Prior experience managing a government program as a Property Administrator, Property Manager, a certified Property Professional Administrator or certified Property Professional Manager is desired
        Property Manager: $90,000 - $135,000
