As a Business Manager, you will be using your skills and expertise to manage and coordinate our business operations with specific responsibility to support efforts towards the attainment of cost, schedule, and performance goals and objectives. Youll be responsible for setting up cost control systems, monitoring and controlling our costs and schedules, and serving as the core liaison between the business and corporate to support and fulfill our financial and program goals. Youll participate in budget preparation, cost control and oversight, and business resource planning and tracking.

The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Must-haves:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field of study
    • A higher level degree may substitute for experience
    • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports and/or projections
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.

Preferred:

  • Experience in management consulting, data analytics, finance, or other quantitative or analytical role in business, program or operations management
  • Strong business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures
  • Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) compliance
  • Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry,  the US Department of Defense (Civilian), NASA/Civil or commercial space and/or US Military, with an understanding of defense, aerospace, intelligence, and adjacent markets
  • Experience with large US Government Engineering and Manufacturing Development and Production programs
  • Experience leading medium to large teams with responsibilities for financial management and Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • An active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $138,634.92 - $190,623.01. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
