Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global OrganizationAs a Senior Finance Director, Integrated Supply Chain (IGS) atHoneywell, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company. Asboth a hands-on leader and contributor to the team, you will be responsible forthe financial leadership of the ISC team. Dedicated to building a strong MOS tomeet reporting commitments, drive operational efficiency and productivity byanalyzing key performance indicators, and represent finance interests in ISCtransformation projects. This personwill partner with the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) leaders and regional plantcontrollers to improve financial outcomes of our operations: maximize revenue,optimize cost, and reduce inventory.
You will report directly to our Industrial Automation businessgroups VP of Integrated Supply Chain and can be based out of Mason, OH with ahybrid work arrangement (at least three days per week in office).

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor cost development and execution (material cost, direct and indirect labor, indirect spend)
- Standard costing, absorption monitoring, inventory valuation
- Drive factory productivity and improvement of Working Capital and CAPEX
- Annual Budget, Forecasting and Performance analysis
- Implement work standardization across the global network
- Establish robust Finance processes and implement strong internal controls
- Support transformation initiatives and other ad hoc projects as required
You Must Have:
- 15+ years of finance executive or accounting experience within a corporate environment
- Proven track record in project finance and managing complex financial projects
- Strong manufacturing background and Integrated Supply Chain experience
- Ability to lead and influence diverse, cross-functional teams globally
- Ability to drive business decisions across the organization
- Experience in a matrix organization
