You will be the primary support and the first escalation point of contact when needed. You will be responsible for leading the 2nd shift tiered operating systems (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, & Productivity) across the Assembly, Test, and Wafer Fabrication areas. You will work closely with 1st shift supervisors and other functional teams to create and execute the strategic goals for the areas of responsibility. This will cover first shift members only

YOU MUST HAVE
- 4+ years experience in manufacturing
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
