POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering PHI Healths enduring relationship with prospective and existing members. This role is responsible for promoting and attending club social events, while acting as the companys esteemed representative to local businesses, corporations, and community stakeholders. Also, this position uses a consultative approach to initiate and facilitate membership sales.
In this position, the Senior Sales Manager is also accountable for facilitating productive work sessions with the Sales team and other departments, focusing on program innovation and improvement. Moreover, this role is responsible for the training, development and mentorship of both new team members.
Senior Sales Managers play a vital role in promoting and selling our membership services across PHI Healths service areas throughout the United States. This position demands active participation in strategizing and executing field sales initiatives for both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business channels within their assigned territory. Reporting directly to the Director of Membership Sales, they are instrumental in driving the growth and success of our sales endeavors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Train and onboard new sales team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to effectively position the companys products and services.
- Stay updated on sales techniques and best practices, continuously improving sales processes and methodologies.
