Job Summary


Join our growing Operations team in Menomonee Falls, WI as a Stockroom Supervisor managing 2nd shift activities (2:00 to 10:30 PM Monday through Friday). We are looking for an engaged leader to supervise the DRS inventory control activities to ensure efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storage and distribution of raw materials and finished goods. This is a new role as we are focused on growing our second shift capabilities!


What You Will Do



  • Supervise a group independently and mentor direct staff including staffing, performance appraisals, training and development, promotions, terminations, disciplinary actions, and more

  • Ensure the receipt and storage of products, materials, equipment, parts, accessories, and supplies

  • Monitor inspection of incoming items against orders for accuracy, completeness, and defects

  • Arrange for the return and replacement of defective items

  • Manage periodic and special inventories; accounts for inventory variances

  • Assist with improvements in policies and procedures to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs

  • Coordinate the transfer of products, materials, equipment, parts, accessories, and/or supplies between/among warehouses


Education & Experience Requirements



  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of team lead or supervisory experience

  • Working knowledge of a stockroom/warehouse environment with proven ability to improve process and efficiencies

  • Excellent communication skills, an active listener, willing to delegate and motivate

  • Proactive, responsible, and reliable

  • Demonstrates an ability to make quick decisions and handle conflict

  • Candidates must be US citizens (no dual citizenship) and meet DRS security standards as imposed by DoD, including the issuance of any necessary security clearance by the US government within a reasonable time after commencement of employment
