Job Summary
Collaborate with Naval Systems and Sustainment (NSS) Sub Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) Operations and Supply Chain Team to drive AOP targets through management of key performance indicators and metrics. Lead and support strategic initiatives, proposals, CORE projects, and/or top factory manufacturing and supply chain/supplier issues.
What You Will Do:
Lead, collaborate and influence driving quality & performance for program deliverables, accountable consolidated, accurate, and timely metrics and key business issues
Prepare information and support leadership reviews including Gate Reviews, Monthly Operations Reviews, Customer Reviews and Program Reviews.
Support of planning, execution and reporting of material and labor budgets, Earned Value Management, Estimate at Completion reporting, and Annual Operating Plan.
Work as key contributor in a Cross Business Team environment
Support development of robust risk and opportunity management plans
Support proposals
Participate in strategic Program/Operations planning for current production performance and future development efforts
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer:
Systems & tools acumen - dashboards, Power BI, On-Time Delivery, material sales, procurement metrics
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding of financial metrics (bookings, sales, earnings, cash)
Experience working in a matrix environment / organization
Knowledge and experience working with FAR, DFAR, and DoD procurement process
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience developing and constructing data analysis for leadership level reviews
Strong analytical and prioritization skills
Experience with EVMS and PRISM
Strong management and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
