DHC-2 Floatplane Pilot – Emerald Air Service, Homer, AK

Job Description:

Emerald Air Service is seeking an experienced DHC-2 floatplane pilot for the 2026 season in Homer, Alaska. We are a well-established operation known for safe, professional flightseeing and backcountry trips throughout coastal Alaska and Katmai National Park. Our DHC-2 aircraft receive meticulous upkeep from an experienced Alaska-based maintenance team, ensuring they are consistently cared for and ready for safe, reliable operation. Beaver or similar aircraft experience is a plus.

The season runs from May 20 through early September 2026. We offer relocation assistance, company housing, and top pay with a monthly guarantee.

Job Requirements:

100+ hours in DHC-2 or similar Single Engine Seaplane (SES) aircraft.
Extensive floatplane flying experience in Alaska highly preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
