Your mission
- Lead with Distinction: Inspire and guide a team of talented craftsmen to create unique and luxurious aircraft monuments, fostering an environment where skills are sharpened, and potential is realized
- Pursue Perfection: Achieve objectives and goals, within budget maintaining high standards of quality while ensuring the seamless flow daily operations
- Masterful Resource Allocation: Strategically assign tasks, according to team members’ qualifications to deliver excellent results, navigating the complexities of custom-made projects with ease
- Translate Vision into Reality: Interpret and execute design material specifications and 3D/2D engineering data, ensuring every element is executed to perfection

Your profile
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead 6-8 people
- Professional experience in aviation industry with a deep understanding of regulatory processes (Part 21G, 21J, 145 regulations)
- Proactive, forward thinking, and self-motivated team player
- Good English skills, any other language is a plus
