Job Summary:
The Advanced Product and Solutions organization at Raytheon provides the joint warfighter with actionable information from an unblinking eye across the battlespace. By joining the APS Engineering team you’ll have the opportunity to design, develop and test product capabilities for Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radars, integrated sensor suites, precision targeting, multispectral EO/IR targeting systems, Pilot Situational Awareness, Special mission aircraft and Strategic and tactical ISR Systems.

What you will do:

• Linux and C/C++ development
• Developing and performing test procedures
• Collaboration with development team 

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Must be pursuing a BS (or higher) degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• This position is for an intern who is enrolled in a Bachelor’s (or higher) degree program and will be at minimum, entering their Junior, Senior, or Post Graduate standing level by the start of Summer 2025.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.:

• 3.0 cumulative GPA
• Experience using Visual Studio or other IDE
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex software issues
• Quick learner and motivated
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures who represent a diversity of work and conflict resolution styles.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
