Are you passionate about aviation and looking to take your career to new heights? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Aircraft Crew Chief to join our dynamic team. As an Aircraft Crew Chief, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and quality of our aircraft maintenance operations.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead with Excellence: Collaborate with the Customer Projects Manager and Quality Assurance Inspector to execute aircraft work scopes efficiently. Youll be the go-to person for all maintenance tasks, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and airworthiness.
  • Team Coordination: Assign and supervise maintenance technicians and QC Inspectors, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. Your leadership will drive the team to achieve maximum efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor all work performed by your crew to ensure it meets quality standards and is airworthy. Youll ensure the use of the latest technical data and methods prescribed in the manufacturers maintenance manual.
  • Customer Interaction: Attend customer debriefs and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with customers. Your role is pivotal in achieving on-time and on-budget objectives.

What Youll Bring:

  • Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, FAA Mechanics A&P Certificate (Inspection Authorization is a plus), and an Associates Degree in an Aviation field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least three years of leadership experience in an aviation maintenance environment. Familiarity with QC systems, Federal Aviation Regulations (CFR parts 43, 91, 145, and 135), and aircraft factory modifications.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
