Une offre d&39;apprentissage intitulée &34; Apprenti(e) Ingénieur Support Client Avionique (f/h) &34; vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein du Centre of Compétence In-Service Engineering sur le site de Toulouse- Blagnac. Vous rejoindrez le département &34; Auto Flight, Navigation, Communication, Datalink Systems & Handling Qualities Analysis &34; en charge de la flotte d&39;avions commerciaux Airbus In-Service, pour les systèmes Auto Flight, Navigation, Communication & Datalink Systems (ATA 22/23/34/46).
Cet apprentissage consistera à :
- découvrir et apprendre la mission du Customer Support Engineer et les livrables associés (operations)
- développer un outil pour le suivi de la charge de travail / effectif (activité commerciale)
- améliorer un outil web existant pour le décodage des systèmes avioniques BITE (Built In Test Equipment).
Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 et durera 3 ans. Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité par les autorités reconnues.
Tâches et responsabilités :
Vous serez sous la responsabilité d&39;un manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences.
Vous contribuerez aux activités principales suivantes :
Vous serez responsable des réponses aux questions des clients sur les demandes/rapports quotidiens concernant les systèmes Auto Flight, Navigation, Communication & Datalink Systems , pour l&39;ensemble de la flotte commerciale d&39;Airbus et tous les clients, dans le respect des délais et de la qualité,
Vous analyserez tous les événements en service afin d&39;identifier les impacts potentiels sur la sécurité, la navigabilité, la fiabilité, la qualité, le confort des passagers et de l&39;équipage, ainsi que les coûts d&39;exploitation
Vous préparerez et publierez des documents techniques à l&39;intention des clients
En utilisant les outils d&39;analyse de données d&39;Airbus (typiquement Skywise Services), vous développerez des tableaux de bord pour fournir une visibilité sur la fiabilité des produits Airbus.
Compétences et pré-requis :
Vous intégrerez une formation de niveau BAC&43;5 dans le domaine des systèmes embarqués ou équivalent pour un apprentissage de 3 ans.

You will join the &34;Auto Flight, Navigation, Communication, Datalink Systems & Handling Qualities Analysis&34; department in charge of the In-Service Airbus commercial aircraft fleet, for Auto Flight, Navigation, Communication & Datalink Systems (ATA22/23/34/46).
This apprenticeship will consist in:
- discovering and learning the Customer Support Engineer mission and associated deliverables (operations)
- developing a basic tool for Workload/Workforce followup (business activity)
- upgrading an existing web based tool for avionics system BITE (Built In Test Equipment) decoding
This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 3 years This position requires security clearance by recognized authorities.
Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:
you are accountable for responding to customer queries on daily queries/reports regarding the Auto Flight, Navigation
Communication & Datalink Systems, for the whole Airbus commercial fleet and all customers, on time & quality
you will analyze all in-service events to identify potential impacts on safety, airworthiness, reliability, quality, cost of ownership, passenger and crew comfort, as well as operational costs
you will be the “voice of the customer” for the proposed solutions,
you will regularly meet & discuss with customers (from technical meeting to Worldwide symposium) to provide technical information
you will prepare and publish technical documents to customers,
in any situation, you will ensure a qualitative communication/marketing of available solutions to operators,
using data analytics Airbus tools (typically Skywise Services), you will develop dashboards to provide visibility on Airbus product reliability
Skills & Prerequisites:
You will integrate a BAC&43;5 level training in the field of Embedded Systems or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 3 years.
