In the role of ATP 2 or ATP 3 youll play a pivotal part on our Production Department team.
This position contributes to our vision by:
-Performing routine and repetitive assembly and testing operations and processes for aircraft parts in a manual manufacturing assembly line environment.
-Employees will use pneumatic tools, basic hand tools, and power tools (motorized drill, etc.) and will test quality parts, following specific work instructions and will provide verbal and written status of manufacturing progress. Employees may apply and handle sealants and adhesives and perform complex acceptance test procedures utilizing specific test equipment.
-Employees will be expected to train manufacturing methods to other less skilled Assemblers and Test Technicians per the Supervisors request.
-Perform all other duties as assigned.
-Conducts and certifies ATPs on all electrical, electronic, and/or Electro-mechanical sub-assemblies, vacuum generators/blowers and all other top assemblies for the Power focus factory.
-Operates all applicable test equipment including ESS chamber and vibration table. Ensure that all functional test data is recorded and completed as required.

Job Requirements:
Education/Experience:
High School Education or experience/knowledge as determined by management and a minimum of five (5) years of related electrical shop experience or equivalency.
Competencies/Specialized Knowledge:
•In order to perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. Employees must have the ability to train lesser skilled Assemblers and Test Technicians. They must be able to read complex blue prints.
•Must have the ability to understand and interpret electrical schematics.
•Must be experienced working with the tools mentioned above, in addition to having experience working with tool fixtures.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel at a beginner or intermediate level is desirable.
•Knowledge to trouble shoot electrical systems using wiring diagrams, schematics, and measuring test equipment.
•Knowledge on how to use the different electrical test equipment and instruments. •Must be proficient at reading electrical diagrams, schematics, and related specifications.
