Summary and Objective
Member of a team thats responsible for fulfilling daily affiliate needs for the organization. Responsibilities included researching and securing affiliate aircraft options at the best possible price for program, owner and charter clients. The representative collaborates closely with the Scheduling and Revenue Management teams in providing the best option in every situation. The team ensures that safety standards and guidelines are adhered to for each mission. The team members will develop relationships with the various affiliate operating teams and work with the VP -Affiliate Lift Programs to cultivate a seamless partnership with these organizations.
Essential functions

- Develop into a subject matter expert for the affiliate program and those companys offerings.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with operators.
- Source and book aircraft for all programs and charter.
- Negotiate pricing to achieve margin goals within the department.
- Manage affiliate performance (time, delivery, experience, etc.) and work with leadership to ensure expectations are met for our owners and club members.
- Meet and exceed departments quarterly goals.
- Review operator contracts and be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the teams affiliate schedule.
- Provide affiliate operators with initial manifest information and clean pass to the applicable Service team.
- Establish and maintain industry knowledge and competition.
- Ensure Fly Exclusive safety standards are met by our affiliates.
