Minimum Qualifications:
We are seeking a qualified candidate with a strong background in the aviation industry, possessing the following qualifications, skills, and abilities:
- Substantial experience in the aviation industry.
- Proficient understanding of 14 CFR 61, 91, and 141 regulations.
- Prior experience working in a Part 141 flight school environment.
- Current possession of a CFI certificate.
- Familiarity with TSA regulations pertaining to flight school records.
- Collaborate with the Chief Pilot and Assistant Chief Pilot to implement positive changes to the flight program.
- Efficiently coordinate with the Chief Pilot and maintenance team to ensure the safe and timely maintenance of aircraft.
- Provide valuable guidance to students regarding their future careers in aviation.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
