What you'll bring to the team
We are looking for a customer-centric HR professional who enjoys solving queries and finding solutions to support the employee experience. You will focus on first-time resolution to deliver excellent service to customers and show initiative in developing a broad knowledge across different HR topics to form effective resolutions. Take autonomy in decision-making to deliver for the customer and manage sensitive situations with empathy and patience. Comfortable with verbal and written transactions, also support their customer groups and stakeholders and enable self-service in a supportive manner. A confident self-starter, who builds solid working relationships at all levels by helping to resolve queries. Additionally, have experience working in a shared service environment.

Location & Hours of Works
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
