Associate, Production Planning (Camden, AR)

• Tracks components to support manufacturing schedule using internal ERP system (Oracle) to maintain program schedules. When product is held up in Receiving Inspection, works with the team members to get these materials released to the manufacturing floor. Reports issues to supervision for further escalation of the issues.
• Tracks finished parts through the assembly and shop areas for final shipment to our customer. If schedule is impacted, works with the team to develop a plan to get back on track.  Works any issue necessary to make weekly shipment of product, report delays in a timely manner.
• Identifies and communicates concerns and issues potential to scheduling impacts. Works with the team to develop a solution to minimize the impact. Relays information to team members and management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Requires broad theoretical job knowledRge. Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
