Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with warmth and professionalism, responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Stay updated on beverage knowledge, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and tea
- Assist guest in taking orders and provide menu recommendations
- Ensure efficient delivery of drinks and snacks according to specifications
- Address bespoke drink requests and maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain lounge cleanliness and uphold stock levels
Requirements
- Right to work in Hong Kong
- Minimum age of 18
- Relevant working experience in catering hospitality, fine dining, sizeable luxury hotel, lounge, airport or in similar capacity is an advantage
- Knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail, is an advantage
- Proficient in English
- Good teamplayer, and customer-oriented attitude
- Flexible to working in different working hours and overtime if needed
