Job Description STS Technical Services is seeking a highly skilled Bradley Fighting Vehicle Technician to join our client’s dynamic team in Croatia. This critical role requires in-depth knowledge of Bradley Fighting Vehicle systems and involves assembling, servicing, testing, and preparing weapon systems for operational readiness. The successful candidate will also be essential in training our team on adherence to strict safety and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, service, test, and prepare various weapon systems for operations.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on proper operational and safety protocols.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools such as STE FVS, T2SS for efficient troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Manage the installation and removal of Bradley turrets, major assemblies, and Line Replaceable Units (LRUs).
  • Oversee bore sighting, targeting procedures, and test fires of the 25mm and TOW weapon systems to ensure operational excellence.
  • Uphold stringent safety, health, and environmental standards in all operational activities.
Skills Required
  • Proficient in diagnostic tests and repairs of Bradley Fighting Vehicles.
  • Skilled in using STE FVS for equipment tests and validations.
  • Extensive experience with TOW weapon systems and 7.62mm operations.
  • Familiarity with military operational procedures and safety protocols.
Experience Required
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience with Bradley Fighting Vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
  • Previous experience with M2A2 ODS vehicles is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of vehicle electrical systems and maintenance cycles.
Education Required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Advanced technical training or some college coursework related to Bradley Fighting Vehicle operations.
  • Military training in relevant MOS’s (27E, 63T, 45T, 91M) is highly preferred.
