SAS Customer Service handles millions of customer contacts annually through our centers and external partners. We are currently in the process of renewing and adapting our service to meet travelers future needs. To support this, we are now looking for new Liability Managers to join our team, spread across offices in three countries.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop as a lawyer through experience as a representative for SAS in disputes where you are responsible for the entire court process, including defense statements and evidence, as well as settlement negotiations regarding compensation under the various passenger rights regulations. You will need to be prepared for some travel within and outside Scandinavia.
